The Black Widow aluminum roof racks have been designed and tested to fit to your vehicle using Rhino fitting hardware. The Racks are fully crash tested to meet all AS1235 2000 requirements when fitted with the approved fitting kit. The Roof Rack is available in two lengths, 2200mm long x 1350 mm wide and 1800mm L x 1350 mm wide and also in 1265 mm wide ( Prado and Disco), with a fully welded mesh floor and support rails. The new aluminum roof racks have been vigorously field tested with great results in harsh off road conditions over a 12 month period with no stress fracturing resulting. The Black Widow aluminum roof rack weighs just 26kg (2200 model). THE MATERIAL
100% Homogenized Aluminium. This means it is the highest grade Aluminium with no inconsistencies. This is very important when welding to ensure even and consistent penetration with the weld. The Rack is double baked when powder coated to ensure maximum bonding and strength.
