Construction: Laser Cut 2mm Bright Form, prescision folded

using fully welded twin baffles system and

double skinned mounting brackets. Constructed in BHP steel including

body material, baffles, mounting skins & brackets.

Fuel Pick-up/Sender: Requires a Pump Transfer System to transfer fuel from the new fuel tank

to the factory fitted fuel tank.

Notes: Using tried and tested VDO senders and guage units together to

assist in monitoring on-board fuel levels. Utilising the ever reliable

Facet Fuel Pump for transfering fuel to the factory tank, via a filter.

The double baffle system guarentees that the movement of fuel within

the chamber is controlled while providing additional strength to the

integrity of the vessel. By utilising Bright Form Steel we eliminate

all internal scalling within the tank meaning cleaner fuel delivery to

sensitive fuel injection systems.
