Construction:                                                        Laser Cut 2mm Bright Form, prescision folded using fully welded twin

                                                                                baffles system and double skinned mounting brackets. Constructed in

                                                                                BHP steel including body material, baffles, mounting skins & brackets.

 

Fuel Pick-up/Sender:                                          Factory sender/Pick-up is retained.

 

Notes:                                                                   By using the factory sender unit we can benefit from factory reliability.

                                                                               The triple baffle system means that the movement of  fuel within the

                                                                              chamber is controlled while providing additional strength to the integrity

                                                                              of the vessel. By utilising Bright Form Steel we elliminate all internal

                                                                              scalling within the tank meaning cleaner fuel delivery to sensitive fuel

                                                                              injection systems.
