That is, only the best will be accepted, it needs to serve out the life of the vehicle and once fitted and tested, we don’t ever want to see it come back for repair.
Terms & Conditions
The offer and acceptance of the 100% Money Back Guarantee is based on the following:
· You have purchased these products based on your want to have a solution provided, i.e. we haven’t sold you something you didn’t want.
· The offer is available to accessories both supplied and fitted and supply only by Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd at their premises or from our stands at various trade shows.
· The offer is available to retail customers only and excludes account and trade cash customers.
· You must retain both your receipt and a copy of your acceptance of these terms and present them both at the time of claim.
· The guarantee is one of faulty product, faulty workmanship, dissatisfaction of the finish to the fitment, or we have provided you with a product not fit for your solution, not one of price.
· The 100% Money Back Guarantee period is for 30 days from the date of delivery or final fitment of the purchased accessories. During this period you, the original purchaser, have the right to call our sales team and explain your intention to exercise your rights under this agreement and arrange a booking date for the accessories to be professionally removed from your vehicle and your vehicle returned to its original state prior to fitment.
§ Given that you have contacted our Sales Team within the prescribed time above, your booking date may fall outside of this 30 day period. Your booking date will fall on the earliest possible date available.
§ Delivering your vehicle to and from our premises is the responsibility of you, the owner and you also are responsible for any costs associated with the delivery and collection of your vehicle.
§ Your funds will be returned to you by way of Cheque from the trading account of Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to deposit the funds to their account.
§ The goods returned to Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd must be in saleable condition, not be damaged and where possible, be returned in original packaging.
· A standard part of our offering is to review any concerns you may have regarding the fitment of your chosen accessories and if you have any concerns regarding their fitment etc, you are welcome to contact us for a speedy resolution.
Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd WARRANTY POLICY
Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd only supplies products from respected and reputable companies. Therefore, all products supplied by Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd are guaranteed to be of good quality and workmanship. All products are covered to the same extent as each manufacturer's warranty statement /period. Please be aware that the warranty period may vary for the range of products we supply.
However, Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd will guarantee all products it sells for a minimum of 12 months or 20,000km (where applicable) from the date of purchase. In many cases, this warranty period may extend to 24 months or 40,000km (where applicable) or even up to 36 months or 60,000km (where applicable) as set by each manufacturer's individual policy for a particular product.
Please feel free to ask us for the warranty cover on any products you wish to purchase from us. In some cases, the purchaser will be responsible for return freight charges until the verification of the warranty claim is substantiated. In some cases, manufacturer's may have an agent closer to you in your state. In that instance, it may be deemed that it is quicker to resolve any claim by returning the product to that agent. Please contact Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd in the first instance to discuss any warranty issues, as you will require a Warranty Authorisation Number prior to returning /shipping any item for claim.
Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for any products shipped/returned without first being authorised by us! Be sure to contact us before sending/returning goods so we can assist you in rectifying any issues that may have arose
Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd REFUND /RETURNS POLICY
Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd only sell quality products that have been tried and proven for the applications they are listed. Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd is happy to refund or exchange any goods that are damaged in transit under our Shipping Policy, goods that are faulty or prove to be totally unsatisfactory for the intended use as listed by us, providing they are UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL
PACKAGING AND IN AS NEW CONDITION.
Please note that Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd will only accept the cost of return shipping on FAULTY GOODS only, once the item has been verified as faulty. We will not accept the cost of returned goods for which the customer has simply changed his/her
mind or are no longer required. In those cases please contact Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd in the first instance to discuss the matter with us. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility for products shipped /returned without first discussing the concern with us first!

Ultimate 4wd Equipment (WA) Pty Ltd undertakes to supply any products ordered, as soon as possible, subject to availability and freight transit times to your locality. In most instances we will ship products within 24 hours (1 working day) from receipt of your order and payment confirmation / clearance unless that product is temporarily out of stock, in which case you will be notified by
email /phone accordingly to make other arrangements or effect a refund on your purchase, if requested by the client.
It is our aim in all instances to offer the quickest possible despatch of all orders!
If you require your goods urgently, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your requirements.
Please note that no goods will be despatched until we have received clearance on your payment!
