I am writing to thank you for the exceptional service provided by your company, in particular the sales team of Vance and Yogi. On my first visit to your business I spoke with Vance. At this time I had just purchased a 200 Series Toyota Diesel and was asking for advice on a GVM upgrade, exhaust system, Black Widow drawers, fridge slide-out, and information about the National Luna fridge which I had heard about. Vance had all the knowledge about these products which in turn assisted me to make the right choice for our needs. He was able to show me his vehicle that had been set up to show customers a lot of the products sold by Ultimate 4WD. I took away a quote to think about and I returned a week later to discuss this further. Vance was busy on my return but another sales person called Yogi who, like Vance, gave me the same friendly service and was able to provide all the information. I booked in my car and the workshop did all the work in a very prompt time. When I collected my car I was taken through the list of all work carried out and told; any problems please bring the car back and they will be fixed. 18 months have now passed and 40,000kms later, towing our car around the country, my car developed a lean to one side. I called back to Ultimate on our return to Perth and saw Vance and Yogi and explained my problem with the car. The car was booked in the same week and repaired under warranty free of charge.
So it’s with pleasure that I recommend Ultimate 4WD; your care and service are second to none. As we continue to travel around Australia I will pass this information on to all 4WD owners who may visit Western Australia and require that special sales and service that Ultimate 4WD offers.

Well guys, firstly, thank you for the friendly way you all go about your day to day business. Having spent an entire day at the 2012 4WD and Adventure Show researching accessories for our F250, it was a breath of fresh air to talk to someone who actually listened to what we were asking and not just try and steer us down a path that was easiest for them. Some of your rivals should take a leaf out of your book when it comes to dealing with potential customers.
Oh, and to the other 4WD accessory mob with I spoke to at the 4WD show, (you know who you are), I do realise that you are very busy with the mining boom and that we are but one vehicle in your long list of people to contact, so it’s ok, don’t stress, we have spent our $7000 with Ultimate instead!!!!!
